Equitable Action for Change was Founded and Created by Edna Simmons. Edna permanently stepped down from the agency as Executive Director in July 2022, as this agency is their gift to our vulnerable and marginalized communities. They wanted the community to take leadership and ownership. Equitable Action for Change would like to thank Edna Simmons for all their work and wisdom sharing.

Here at EQUITABLE ACTION FOR CHANGE, we’re committed to investing our expertise and resources in order to further achieve our cause. We have been supporting our community members in a variety of ways and measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts.
